Thursday night training – 1 Kilometre repeats

Thursday session with Colin Lamprey will be  1000 metre repeats with a 1min active recovery. Target will be 5-6-7 reps at a pace that is above conversation pace but not flat out. This will be preceded with an extensive warm up and 1k at a comfortable pace to see where you are running. Followed by a cool down .

Meet at the club for 7.00pm.
