Borders League
The Borders Road Running League was first formed in 1983, with the aim of providing friendly competition between running clubs in North West England and Wales. The series usually consists of 7 races that take place once a month from October to May, with each one hosted by a different club.

Borders League 2024/25
Pensby Runners have taken part in the Borders League for two years, and last year our women’s team moved up into Division 1 which was a terrific achievement.
Each race is between 5 and 6.21 miles, and takes place once a month on Sunday mornings at 11am (except for the final race). We need a minimum of 7 men and 6 women to finish for Pensby Runners to score points.
Club vests are mandatory – bring your A game race face and pace!
To get involved and receive your own unique bar code for each race, contact Rita Mistry or Rob Chalmers
