4 – 3 – 2 Speed Training Session

Tuesday 14th October will be a 4-3-2 session on Delavor Hill. We will meet at the club at 7pm and have a n easy warm up run down to Delavor road / Pipers lane junction. Then do a session of 400 metres, then 300 metres, then 200 metres hard efforts up Delavor each with a jog down active recovery inbetween. A short (2 minute) passive recovery (rest) will then see the whole thing repeated twice more.

Suitable for anybody of any ability. I will group appropriately.  This session will test you over different intensities and develop speed endurance.
