Popular 5K runs with Pensby: our runners usually turn out in good numbers each Saturday morning at Birkenhead Parkrun (mostly flat on paths) and a few hardy souls run at Wepre Parkrun (very hilly along forest trails). All adult parkruns start at 9am and are 5km in length.
