Thursday night track session at Bebington oval. Every 2nd Thursday is a free session. Other Thursdays are £2 per member per session. If you wish to attend on the ‘pay for’ sessions please let Nigel know at nigel@therunnershub.net so that we can arrange a coach / run leader. All sessions have to be organised / led a by a coach or run leader.
