Tuesday 21st October – training session will be ‘Uppies and Downies’ (I really need a better name for this one!). It’s all about cadence. Shorter hill reps (8 – 10) just the top bit of School Hill (so flat out) then jog down to the middle but then flat out downhill to the bottom, turn and walk back to the middle slowly building to a jog and then flat out to the top again and repeat 8 – 10 reps. Practice is on fast leg turnover.
